Our centre is a space that offers services to guests staying at the hotel from an external company, which is why payments are made in person before or after treatments. They can be paid for by bank card or cash.

Klapp Cosmetics Professional / FR-Haut Professional Cosmetics / Utsukusy Professional Cosmetics

Natural, biotechnological, and cosmetic products. Premium cold-pressed oils. You can try the products before undergoing a treatment.

During your visit, please inform us of any major health issues that may affect your treatment. Chronic illnesses, blood clots, cancer, pregnancy (months or weeks), allergies, medical conditions, surgeries or heart problems, etc. We appreciate your honesty so we can provide you with the best service possible.

Your treatment time is reserved exclusively for you, and out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you notify us or cancel your session at least 12 hours in advance so we can make room for someone else. In case of a delay, your treatment time will be reduced to avoid inconvenience to the next client.

Our treatments are by appointment only, which guarantees you a spot in our schedule. The hotel reception does not schedule appointments, as our center is an external company. Therefore, we recommend booking online, via QR code, on our website, via WhatsApp, or by phone during our opening hours. Our team will help you choose the ideal treatment for you. For the most comfortable experience possible, we recommend showering in advance and arriving at least 5 minutes before your treatment, wearing a bathrobe or comfortable clothing. Disposable underwear is available for massages and beauty treatments. We recommend leaving your valuables in your room before arrival.

The spa area is a private space reserved exclusively for guests staying at the hotel. Therefore, we do not offer day passes or combine treatments with use of the water area for external clients. However, people who are not staying at the hotel can enjoy treatments at our centre as long as they book in advance.
